We will store your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)

You expressly consent by ticking the subscribe button, making a membership application, renewing an application or booking a shoot experience, or paying a range fee that you give permission for Springview Ranges Limited to store and process your personal data.

 

​You understand that should you place an order, make a payment or otherwise engage with the website that you personal information may be exchanged securely to third party providers for the purpose of facilitating/fulfilling orders, processing payments and marketing purposes.

All membership applications will also be submitted to the relevant Police Firearms unit Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire and also any other Police area where required.

We are required by law to maintain constant liaison with the Police and do so continuously.

Your data may also be shared with any ranges we hire for your use. This is a requirement of any Home Office Approved Shooting ground.

Most firearms and ammunition transaction records are required to kept for a period of 20 years and no right to deletion exists. These are requirements of the Firearms Acts 1968, 1988 and 1997 and any subsequent amendments. We are Registered Firearms Dealers and fall under the scope of this legislation.

CCTV is permanently recording on site 24 hours per day for safety and to ensure compliance with our range safety regulations.
